Arizona Coalition for Military Families – Faith-Based Summit (February 9)

If you are connected to the military community or a faith-based organization, please spread the word about this summit that is occurring February 9 in Phoenix.


The Arizona National Guard and the Arizona Coalition for Military Families, in partnership with the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention and Army OneSource, are pleased to invite representatives of faith-based communities from around Arizona to a one-day Summit focused on providing care and support to service members, veterans and their families.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Leaders, staff, volunteers and community members from faith-based communities anywhere in Arizona. Faith-based organizations/communities are encouraged to send a team of 2-3 people to this summit, which will focus on practical approaches for caring for the military and veteran population within your community, including learning about military/veteran culture, suicide prevention, stress first aid and opportunities to connect.
