I love a good black bean burger, but quite often they are dry and hard to love. This normally leaves me to douse them in condiments in order to make it easier to swallow. The alternative is a mushy burger which just tastes like beans. I say no thanks to both and have decided to create my own (husband approved) version.
A far cry from the dry tasteless standbys, these goat cheese stuffed black bean burgers impact a tangy punch to each bite. Go veg without giving up flavor and make this quick 15 minute supper tonight.
