Last weekend, we had a couple of the neighborhood kids over to play with the new LeapTV game system for kids that I recieved from MomSelect & LeapFrog. All the kids immediately, ran to the tv to check out the cool new system set up for them to try out.
I’m always a bit skeptical of new systems that are only geared for a certain age group, because it just seems like one more gadgety thing to have around when what I already have will do. Well, let me tell you the kids went CRAZY over this system and the games that I had for them.
In fact, the kids wouldn’t even stop playing to try all the snacks and goodies I made for the party. The kids literally played with the LeapTV for two hours…..straight! Now, that’s saying a lot for 4 & 5 year olds. The best part…well, according to my mommy friends….were the long naps all the kids took when they got home!
Sidenote: Even though the game system is designed for younger kids, my 10 year old had fun playing too. I wouldn’t recommend buying it that age group, but she had fun anyway while playing with her younger brother.
