The well-loved movie franchise Ice Age releases a new movie today: Ice Age Collision Course. Ice Age returns with favorite characters and actors from the first movies including, Ray Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Simon Pegg, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes, and Jennifer Lopez.
“Scrat’s epic pursuit of the elusive acorn catapults him into the universe where he accidentally sets off a series of cosmic events that transform and threaten the Ice Age World. To save themselves, Sid, Manny, Diego, and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, traveling to exotic new lands and encountering a host of colorful new characters.”
Don’t let the fact that this is the 5th Ice Age movie to hit theaters. It was funny and had a great story. According to my kids, they loved it in 3D and say you need to see it that way (I’m never a huge fan of 3D movies). You’ll find your favorite characters returning to this movie along with some ones that you will love. It’s a cute movie and the kids will really enjoy it if they’ve liked the others.
Plus you have to find out if Scrat finally gets his acorn!
