Best Urban Trail

Riperian Preserve at Water Ranch was voted ‘best urban trail’ in Gilbert, AZ.

Riperian Reserve has a path around a lake, extensive trails, an amazing aviary population, and has a park with pavilions for play and parties.

Best BBQ

If you live in the East Valley, you know this one is a no-brainer.

Joe’s Real BBQ in downtown Gilbert and Joe’s Farm Grill were voted best BBQ by East Valley Mom Guide.

(The internet fully agrees with Joe’s Real BBQ being the best!)

Best Park

Freestone was voted as the best park in Gilbert by both East Valley Mom Guide and the internet.

Freestone Park has changed a lot over the years and now includes a play area for the kids, a train, softball/baseball fields, batting cages, a skate park, and a lake.

Best Birthday Venue

East Valley Mom Guide did not have a ‘best’ in this category, but there are plenty of options if you are seeking a birthday venue!

Stratum Laser Tag, Bounce U, Amazing Jakes, Brunswick Zone, Mother Nature’s Farm, or Flipside, just to name a few!

Best Splash Pad

The splash pad at San Tan Valley Mall is by far the best splash pad in Gilbert.

It is in between shops, next to the kid play place, and is covered which makes it really nice.

While it may not be ‘the best’; another fun splash pad is the water tower in downtown Gilbert.

Best Ice Cream

East Valley Mom Guide voted SubZero as having the best ice cream in Gilbert.

Another is Udder Delights – Superstition Farm’s kitchen using farm fresh ingredients. (PS: You can find more than just delicious ice cream there!)

Best Farmer’s Market

Gilbert Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings in Downtown Gilbert is the internet’s favorite Gilbert farmer’s market!
