My son is super excited this year because denim is IN! It’s hot and totally back in style and he couldn’t be more thrilled. So I took my little man back-to-school shopping at Osh Kosh B’Gosh a couple weeks ago and he went wild in the store. There were so many great options and styles. He’s such a skater boy and totally has his own since of style, so he was happy to see that there were plenty of stylish options for him to pick from.
He loved the plaid shirt for layering…seriously…he loves this and picked it out himself. I think he did a great job and he looks great. I might be biased because I’m his mom and because I grew up in the grunge era…where we all wore outfits like this.
Another hot trend this year, is the the return of glow-in-the-dark tees. He loved this monster truck tee that glows-in-the-dark and of course it goes perfectly with a pair of jean shorts. He’s all set for lots of night time fun with a glowing shirt! The jean shorts are a must for the most of the year here in AZ…y’all know it’s still over 110F these days. And it’s not gonna cool down for a loooooong time!
My little guy is rough on his clothes and they have to stand up to his skateboarding….all those falls, jumps, and tricks will take a toll on clothes. So, this mama is happy to report that the outfits we picked up from Osh Kosh are holding up nicely. They are made of superior materials and construction with trendy fashions so that makes both of us happy.
Taking these photos made me a little sad…when did my little guy grow up?

OshKosh B’gosh wants all kids to have what they need for school, from blue jeans to books! That’s the inspiration behind the nation launch of the “B’gosh Jeanius Campign”.
- OshKosh B’gosh, in partnership with K.I.D.S./ Fashion Delivers, Inc., and DonorsChoose.org will give customers the opportunity to donate a new pair of jeans or make a cash donation to a students in need this school year.
- All denim donated from July 28 throughSeptember 16, 2015, will be delivered to local children in need through K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers, while cash donations will be dispersed to local DonorsChoose.org.
- The Carters Charitable foundation will match all cash donations up to $50,000 and all denim donations with a new item of clothing.
Give kids a leg up! Donate a new pair of blue jeans or make a cash donation at the register.
