Small Business Saturday

I think it’s important to shop local and with all the hustle and bustle of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, I think many of us only think about the big box stores. Small Business Saturday is a movement created by American Express that takes place on Saturday November 26 – sandwiched between Black Friday and Cyber Monday on the busiest shopping weekend of the year.

I’d love to get your help spreading the word about the event and the importance of buying locally. It’s an easy way for us to support our communities, feed the economy and help create jobs. If you’re planning on shopping that weekend anyway, why not take a break to eat at a local restaurant and do some good for your community?
